I don’t always use my instagram to talk about my life as a female founder (should I more?), however this month at @glassette has been an amazing month, in what usually isn’t a month worth writing about. Start up life isn’t for the faint hearted, but the last 4 years of running a start up with my co-founder and brother in law @danielpcrw has been the biggest learning, and rollercoaster! Most founders say that if they knew how difficult it was they might not have started, but I don’t feel like that at all. This journey has giving me burn out, stress rashes, tears but it’s also taught me so much about myself, introduced me to to incredible other business owners around the world, but most importantly I’ve learnt exactly HOW to build a business - though many failures and trial and error. We have an incredible team at @glassette who have helped build and shape the business and I am just really looking forward to what’s next 🚀 Shout out to all those incredible founders on this journey of start up / business life too - it’s hard, and rewarding - but we gotta stick together 🙏
